Lyndon was always full of encouragement, praise and love for everyone. We trained and competed together as athletes for many years, where Lyn was such an inspiration for me and all our training squad. Will always remember Lyn's tremendous start and high stepping sprint action on first leg of the 4x100m relay team. His jokes, infectious laugh and unforgettable one liners made the pain of the sessions more bearable. My heart is full of sadness and sorrow at your passing away. RIP my good friend. Les
